After losing over 120 lbs. and having a successful professional MMA career, I wanted to use what I learned to help others also achieve their goals.

I have trained in Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai since 2012. I served in the U.S. Army as an infantryman, receiving the Purple Heart in 2010. I have a passion for leading, coaching, and helping my clients achieve their goals.
