The Fitness Kickboxing/Fighter Fitness class is the foundation and prerequisite for all of our Muay Thai classes. This is a one hour, high intensity, no contact workout that is fun and challenging for all ages, levels of experience, and degrees of fitness. Our expert instructors will help you get in the best shape of your life by punching, elbowing, kicking, and kneeing a heavy bag. Our students train side-by-side with fighters who are preparing for upcoming fights in a high energy class.

This is a “no contact” or “bag only” class.

Please take our introductory class before attending this class. Your complimentary trial includes both an introductory and Fitness Kickboxing class.
