Legs for days

Here a beast of a leg workout. This is a great one even if you have no weights or kettle bell to use. You can modify the goblet squats for body weight squats and use a curb for calf raises.

10 Goblet Squats

20 Squat Jumps

20 Calf Raises

100 Walking Lunges


TIP: Practice good squat form with the goblet squats, use a challenging weight but not too heavy to handle. You should struggle a bit but should be able to complete all ten reps. Practice good lunge form, chest up, core tight, large lunge steps
