I was in D.C. this weekend shooting a segment on Great Day Washington. It was a pretty hectic weekend, so between work and taking in some of the city I got a workout in the hotel gym. I didn’t have a lot to work with but I got it done and it burned like it should.

TIPS: Use bands to modify the resistance kick backs. Be sure to keep those heels off of the floor for the muted step ups to help with stability and to that calf engaged.
